Usually a tier 8. Asking more of it require calculation, and I prefer you ask them for it.

(Large) Building level is enough if you're demolition engineer. Put right amount of explosives at the base (in the right places) and it will crumble by its own weight.

For the bigger one... Citi-Block level is probably enough too.
