I feel as though I should mention an update I made to one of my existing Tier 1's, Florous. I gave them the tier, "N/A," signifying that they are incapable of affecting any realities outside of their own in any way. If this is a problem, I can change it back to, "At most 11-C". However, a page on VBW was recently changed to have this rating, and as such, I have added it to a new category for "N/A Tier," characters.

Dicey, you are not bothering. Everyone is free to be a part of the thread as long as it is about qualification on the tiers, from what i read about the thread anyway.
oh and AkuAkuAkuma, so... first i think of feats that can make him 1-A rateable? My god, i didnt know how diffucult it is to prove a character qualifiable for a certain tier. I mean after High 1-C everything becomes so confusing to me.

Not feats. You have to above all spatial dimensions or something similar in definition in order to classified as such, it's not that hard of a task.
