The Boys: BLOOD & SCORCH​

The Boys: BLOOD & SCORCH is a collaborative writing thread, dedicated to the fact Season 5 lowkey was buns (besides the finale, that was okay). This thread will have spoilers for Season 5 of The Boys. Who knows if this will even pop off maybe it'll just FAIL and i'll look like an IDIOT.

What if instead of The Boys, characters from other verses stepped up to fight against Vought? Or perhaps even wanted to work under Vought. This is that thread, where YOU submit characters to either fight for or against Vought's Rising™, where you can write short (or long if your insane) stories through the VSThreads we make or just writing a story in this thread itself. Sky's the limit! Anyone may submit a character and have no limit to how many characters they can submit. There are only a few rules on said characters who you can submit;

• When submitting character, treat Homelander (8-B, possibly 8-A) or lesser supes such as Stormfront (9-A, possilby 8-C) as tiersetters, and should be able to have a relatively fair fight, and shouldn't be one-sided.
  • An exception can be made for characters who do not rely on AP/Durability, and are either weaker or stronger however said statistics are otherwise irrelevant to what they bring to whichever side they align with. Characters can also just below the 8-B/8-A tier without being able to properly fight either tiersetter.
  • We can make f&g threads for the sake of storytelling to include characters who'd otherwise stomp these characters through sheer stats but would be fun for storytelling, but try to avoid it. (Or don't, i'm not gonna care that much, so the tier setting rule isn't exactly concrete to any extent.)
• When submitting a character, be sure to mention where their loyalty lies with whom and their scaling.
• FC/OC Character are allowed, they're still subjected to the rules above and will have their threads in the FC/OC section obviously.

Wicked Killington: Yeah he's skill-sloppy but hes also a static fighter with no good heat res. Homey beams him. Obviously Self-Serving. (Scales to/above 682 Tons)

The Dungeon Maestro: He uh... he has a current fair match with Stormfront lol. I was going to make him Self-Serving, but it'd be funnier to make him part of The Boys. (0.1 Tons with his shit)

The Vees: Self-Serving. Stormfront has funni heat slop to incap em all. (0.25 Tons)

Husk: Same as Vees. Part of The Boys. (0.25 Tons)

Samael: He's weird because he's also a static fighter but teleports a **** ton, so Homelander could have problems. Self-Serving. (Scales above 682 Tons)

Trazyn the Infinite: Okay he's here solely because him vs Homelander is who shoots first between beams and any of Trazyn's shit. Oh, and I think it'd be funny writing Trazyn. Self-Serving. (1.59 Tons AP, 3 Ton Dura)

Lack of Vaught here... I suppose it makes sense, most characters I have that could be a part of Vaught are ******* 7-A and higher.

Golgfag Maneater: Dumbass big Ogre who can be beat down over time. Probably. Mercenary hired by Vought. Like that hasn't gone wrong before.

Thomas Edison: This is for all the memes. Anyways Homelander beams him or something. Self-Serving.

Garrosh Hellscream: Look at who I've had as my banner for years and then tell me why I want Garrosh here. Self-Serving.

Trade Prince Gallywix: Hired by Vought, but also because big mech suits and fun character. Easy to punch though. Vought.

Alternate Blackhand: Ever wanted a city-killing bomb lobbed at you? Anyways Homelander beats up this static fighter sometimes. Vought.

Vanessa VanCleef: Homelander or Stormfront can catch her out with beams. Or she can poison em. The Boys.

Vox shot daggers at Homelander. “Voxtek could have and should have done it instead of Vought.” Despite finally being in the mortal realm again after so long, John was possibly the worst client he'd ever worked with in a long time, if you could even call him a client.

It was more like a parasitic relationship. A parasite that always wanted more from the host, until it finally keeled over dead from the demands.

"Beggars can't be choosers." Homelander sneered through his teeth. “They also apparently can’t get anything ******* done.”

Beggar? If Vox was remembering correctly, Homelander is the one who had him brought back into the mortal coil with an endless checklist of nonsensical bullshit the moment he got there. If anything, he was the beggar.

Vox tapped his desk violently, chips of wood flying off with each tap. “I already told you this,” he said.

“Whatever this “V1” is I can’t recreate it. You have given me nothing besides a name and Compound-V, both of which barely ******* helped.” Vox leaned back into his hair, throwing his feet up onto his desk, glaring at Homelander. “Nor could we make any sense to your amazing alternatives.”

There was a short pause. It couldn't have lasted longer than a few moments, but it nearly felt like an eternity for the both of them.

“I’m not sure I like the tone.” Homelander spoke as he took a few steps forward, thinking whether it’d be worth to laser him into pieces. Would it even kill him? Can you kill something that’s already dead?

Maybe it’d be good to do it just to make a point.
