Then this could be a stomp for Thrud. Because Mjolnir is at Ares level as far as I know.

Considering how Magni’s been wanting to wield Mjolnir for so many years and is older than Thrud, he probably has a better idea of how to wield Mjolnir than Thrud does. Thrud has also literally just started wielding Mjolnir, and we have no idea how skilled she is in using it. Magni could easily steal the hammer from her during the battle or catch it mid-flight.
