Golem can shrug off dynamite without any damage and can make itself explode with enough force make it jump from mountain to mountain if that helps

In an idealistic Pokemon system, Alakazam, Gengar, Machamp, and Golem would all be scaled to each other, but because there's no proof to it, I would have to say no. Same reason how the pseudo legendaries aren't scaled to each other, even though I think they should.

Also for my Mystery Dungeon statement it might also upgrade some starters like Piplup and Chimchar because in the Mystery Dungeon Explorer's of Time and Darkness anime, Piplup, Chimchar, and their temporary team member Sunflora, AKA Team Pokepals, were capable of fighting and defeating a Gabite on their very first mission and in the second episode, after a huge timeskip, Piplup Chimchar and now Grovyle team up to defeat Dusknoir and his Sableye army.
