How do you Transmute a non-existent being? Monika's non corporeality comes from being able to erase the game despite the fact that at that point, her file was erased and therefore didn't exist.

Mindhax could work though.

You can't really transmute her brain when she's incorporeal.

She's disembodied, then she'll nuke Thor with plot and mindhax.

I only know Thor. Loki and Odin not so much. Given their many confrontations since the 60s I'll bet he resisted a good deal of Loki's shiet. But I'm not a go-to guy when it comes to Loki
