Does GoW's 9 universes scaling take into account that the World Tree is infinitely larger than the Nine Realms? The realms themselves are infinitesimal points on branches that stretch out infinitely, so GoW top tier characters should be infinitely above 9 universes since Thor could directly affect the entire tree

As of right now I think it doesn’t take that into account but you can bring that up in the GoW Ragnarok discussion thread
