Let's say I have a power level of 1 Quadrillion(this is my base from)...how strong and fast would I be in my Base from?

And also...how strong and fast would I be with Super Saiyan transformations(Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, SSG, SSB, SSB with kaio ken and Ultra Instinct)

We don't use power levels besides for "This character should be unquantifiably stronger than this character". That's it. It doesn't denote any real AP rating.

I'd personally estimate 1 Quadrillion to be around 3-B (Multi-Galaxy Level) downscaling from Freeza's apparent "1 Quintillion" Power Level in Golden Form.

Speed is definitely not quantifiable with just a power level. So yeah.

As for your 2nd question/part...

SS1 = 40 x 1 Quadrillion = 40 Quadrillion. So an unquantifiable amount stronger than before.

SS2 = 2 x 40 Quadrillion = 80 Quadrillion. So just... higher level of 3-B.

SS3 = 4 x 80 Quadrillion = 320 Quadrillion. Again just higher level of 3-B.

SS4 = 10 (Oozaru) x 40 (Super Saiyan) x 1 Quadrillion = 400 Quadrillion. 3-B, very minisculely possibly 3-A.

Wait.. isn't Super Saiyan 50x not 40x or I'm missing something here...And being Multi-Galaxy in my Base I guess I'm pretty strong And I know Multipliers for SSG, SSGSS are unknown but would I be Low 2-C with SSG and SSGSS
