Summary

A summary for Maou Gakuin's cosmology:

The multiverse is comprised of 99+ layers (Each layer possibly having infinite size), with each layer containing countless universes, all of which are separate space-time continuums in the shape of bubbles.

Layers 1 to 10 are classified as Shallow Layers. Layers 11 to 20 are classified as Middle Layers. Layers 21+ are classified as Deep Layers.

Those are the classifications when taking the entire multiverse into account. Layer 2 would still be called a deep layer by someone from Layer 1, and Layer 21 would still be called a shallow layer by someone from Layer 22.

The overall "strength", meaning attack potency, durability and speed, as well as the "strength" of laws and concepts from a deep world is at least uncountably greater than that of a shallow world. The difference between layers is directly compared to the difference between dimensions.

Deep layer inhabitants can use shallow universes as shogi pieces, while only the strongest inhabitant of a shallow universe can use their own universe as a shogi piece, though this is only possible with the help of a deep layer inhabitant.

Spells capable of destroying an entire universe (Space-time continuum) from a shallow layer cannot destroy an ordinary object in a deep layer.

2-A: Multiverse level+
Characters who are capable of significantly affecting[1], creating and/or destroying a countably infinite number of space-time continuums.

Now that is proved that each layer has an infinite size and since he destroyes 169 small worlds or universes, his tier ranking should be changed to 2A.

I don't see a single infinite here besides the part where it describes what the requirements for 2-A are. So no.
Each layer of Silver Sea has infinite size. Plus the Silver Sea itself has no depth. It contains 99+. Here is the link to the cosmology. Besides Anos's Venuzdonoa can destroy all things in creation, no matter how strong, infinite or eternal.

Sorry this is the link.

just cause the size is infinite doesnt mean the worlds themselves are infinite in number too

Worlds

The universes located in the Silver Sea (The multiverse) are referred to as worlds.

"'It's called the 'outside world' but no one has ever seen anything outside this world. Even if it were another space or another world, it must be something within this world after all.
'That being the Creator God? You mind telling us directly what the end of the world looks like?
'All right.
Misha stood up and walked forward, sending her magic to the blackboard.

'Above the sky and below the earth, a black dome stretches out.
What was added around the world drawn on the blackboard was a black sky, a black dome.

'The farther you go from this earth, the more the black dome is stretched and the closer you get to nothingness. It is here, in this near-infinite sky, that the divine world is located.
A 'Blue Dome of the Gods' is added to the black dome.

'This black dome stretches on forever with no end.
'Why not fly faster than the black dome can stretch?
'Because when you fly up to the sky, you'll just end up coming from below the earth.
'In other words, the space in this world is not even, but distorted. I thought I flew up but the direction changed naturally and I went around the world and came out from below. You could say this world has a sphere system.
Eldemade added to the diagram on the blackboard, making the world a sphere.

'Outside of this sphere, it can be thought that an order different from our world has created a different sphere. Another world, perhaps?"
- WN Chapter 485
Worlds are universes with near infinite size. Worlds are described as endless though, as it's impossible to leave a world by conventional means, like flying past the infinitely stretched space in the world. The space in a world is distorted, and thus something that flies straight up, naturally changes direction, goes around the world and comes out from below.

Since the Silver Sea has no depth, the whole Silver Sea can be considered as a high complex 2A structure. (i.e it contains endless no. of multiverses overall.)

5-D used to be high 2-A in the past but now it is included in low 1-C so they merged the two terms it seems

It is already mentioned that each layer has countless no. of universes in the form of bubbles and the total no.of layers of Silver Sea is 99+. "+" usually refers to a complex or higher dimensional structure. Each layer has infinite size and containing countless no. of universes plus the depth of the Silver Sea is endless. Till now 99 layers are mentioned.
. there are not infinite worlds, a layer of the silver sea may be infinite in its size but that doesnt mean the worlds are infinite in number

The Silver Sea consists of 99+ layers, and each layer has countless worlds.

Apparently, the Author of Maou Gakuin stated about the Silver Sea.

Translation:

"I think there are still many people who misunderstand the true meaning of the Silver Sea.
Here's an easy explanation of the true meaning of the Silver Sea.
There are many layers in the Silver Sea, and there are countless bubbles in each layer, and there is an infinite sky in each bubble. There, it stretches on endlessly with no end, and it is where that world's God is located.
Each god has its own world, and there is a deeper world, the world of the Lord God or the abyssal world.
So is the size of each layer infinite?
Yes, each layer of the Silver Sea has infinite size
. There are 99 layers of the Silver Sea already described in this novel. Matter of fact, there are still many layers deeper than 99 in the Silver Sea.
That's all I have to say about the Silver Sea.
Thank you for reading my work and I really appreciate all my readers.
And thank you for supporting me."

The Silver Sea consists of 99+ layers, and each layer has countless worlds.
Worlds can also refer to planets... Infinite worlds shouldn't grant a character 2-A. Or is world used as a synonym for the universe here?

Authors should really stop using world as a synonym for the universe.

  • World:
A term often used in the verse, with various meanings. While world usually refers to a universe, there are certain times when it also refers to a planet, though this is rare. The Author of Maou Gakuin usually uses the word Earth to refer to a planet, and thus it's completely safe to assume that world means universe in the various different statements, unless specifically stated to be otherwise or contradicted by other statements.
