Sorry this will sounds kinda rude. But I strongly disagree.

Just because the layer has infinite size, doesn't mean there are Infinite Bubbles(worlds).

Imagine, a jar filled with marble, the jar has an infinite size, the marble won't automatically be infinite amount and filling up the jar. This is literally the same as this case, heck even the author stated that it's countless not infinite.

For the Infinite layers reasoning. The story is still ongoing and hasn't explore all part of Silver Sea yet, just because it mentioning 99+ layer, doesn't mean there are Infinite layers, it can be just 110 layers, or 150 layers, etc.

The multiverse is comprised of 99+ layers (Each layer possibly having infinite size), with each layer containing countless universes, all of which are separate space-time continuums in the shape of bubbles.

Layers 1 to 10 are classified as Shallow Layers. Layers 11 to 20 are classified as Middle Layers. Layers 21+ are classified as Deep Layers.
