Strawhat take this.. He has more stamina and can pretty much take any attack from Minato. Minato on other hand would run out of chakra.
If you look at Edo Minato, even with Amp Kyuubi Chakra, he still run out of chakra and not able to perform FTG to save Naruto..

Dude come on. You can clearly see minato shushin speed being almost 5x his normal combat speed and then his reactions even higher. Not only is Luffy never touching this guy but with a speed difference like that + teleportation , minato is violating him.

Edit: minato shunshin and reaction speed is actually 7x faster than his combat speed here and would be about 5x faster than fear 2 Luffy of it's equalised. Tbh it might be better to unequalize speed. Minato would still be faster than gear 2 but it would be just 2 times

I just peeped and Luffy ap values have completely changed. Minato can't even hurt him at all once he goes gear 2 , so while minato can't be touched, Luffy can't be damaged and if we use minato possible value it becomes a stomp. Minato only option is to seal him which is probably what he'd do when he realises he can't damage him
