Every single one of Luffy's attack can harm Minato. His AP is not much lower than Minato's durability.

Excluding that the rasengan can be amped tens of hundreds of times above the users ap depending on how much chakra they choose to pour in so it should be able to go up just enough to overpower luffy

I don't see him having a counter to Minato tp'ing anywhere in the battlefied when trying to get a hit sooo leaning Minato for now

I'd love to give an argument for Minato but I only have knowledge on Luffy up to Alabasta

If I was given knowledge on this Luffy's main abilities and fighting style I could say some tentative stuff

Does Minato not get his rasengan which can rival 100% Kurama's TBB? that'll be a stomp tho lol

For now, his Rasengan is accepted as being far, but quantifiably above his physicals

Luffy is weaker and his strongest attack is slower than the equalised speed value so it's not touching Minato.

I see no wincon for Luffy here, especially since his rubber doesn't protect him from sharp objects

Minato's tp probably wouldn't be that much of an issue with Luffy. He should be able to adapt to it over the course of the battle like he did against Blueno, who had similar abilities.

It 100% is an issue. Luffy has 2 high level amps. He can pull off stuff like this and blitz people with precog and reaction amps who could previously easily avoid his base attacks. Minato's reactions are not enough

Luffy was relative in speed to base Lucci. Lucci in a faster form when using a blitz amp got BLITZED by Luffy in Gear 2nd on many occasions.

Minato should take this, scattering FTG kunai everywhere is going to make him basically untouchable here unless luffy is in g2, he also can make a few clones to further aid him in combat+ the buffs sage mode gives especially the enhanced dura and precog.
