I think that's generally because this place isn't as active as before. This might sound creepy but I've been semi-monitoring this wikia since 2017 and it used to be much more active

It's better to have someone who is up to date with her powers and can accept matches than Erika who is way too busy with the affairs of her own verse atm to be fighting here, so she loses by default (cue Weiss laughing the hell out in the background). lol If Taiyomu is legit stronger than Apeiros, I feel like she's more than qualified to be taking that spot unless there's some other OP Low 2-C I'm not aware of.
