The Weakest Characters for Each Tier

I don't think Ganon is too far off baseline 4-B.
 
Viewtiful Joe for 3-A? I mean he lost against Goku (haxless) and Hit, and his time manipulation seems to be pretty weak.

Ganon is roughly 1 KiloFoe, about 44 times above baseline.
 
But Viewtiful Joe isn't even the weakest 3-A in his verse
 
Death of Rats for Unknown. It can only fight rats and isn't allowed to fight literally anything else. While it does have immortality and death manip, its useless since it can only use it on rats.
 
That doesn't automatically grant FTL speed. Do you have a clip?
 
I'm gonna add Molstrom for 7-C, any objections?

There's also the issue of Pumpkinator only having Superhuman speed
 
Horrorterrors may be a good candidate for high 2-a

Although he does have higher dimensional manipulation (not sure if it is above his own)
 
Nah. Spongebob has lower durability and attack potency than marine.marine did directly damage a being at that level
 
No because Marine is High 6-A compared to Spongebob's 9-B durability, plus Spongebob doesn't even know how to use his 2-C powers.
 
Both were bloodlusted there, Spongebob wins under SBA.

@Jason both were bloodlusted there... Spongebob would have stomped if not.

@Zephyros both of them blitz Choze, who I'll add when I get on pc. Or perhaps another OPM character

This list is for the weakest character for each tier.

Spongebob Squarepants (floor limit striking strength is below average human) is weaker than Suzumiya Haruhi (regular human striking strength), so Spongebob should be on this list rather than Haruhi.
