Spongebob doesn't start with the book in character, and he would probably use it for something stupid, like turning himself into a superhero or something.
 
I don't think that bloodlusting someone who doesn't even know how to use her powers would change much.
 
it would, as her powers passivly make what she wants happen, and being upset over loosing a baseball mach nearly had her destroying reality and remaking it
 
than haruhi simply reality warps him out f exictence before he does much due to speed of attacks (on tought for haruhi)
 
Both bloodlusted?

Can someone show me an example of Haruhi's reality warping, because otherwise, Spongebob just slaps her and one shots.

That's really not concrete evidence of her beating spongebob via reality warp. She can barely control her power, and it's extremely unfocused. Whereas spongebob only has to walk up to her and slap her to win. And under bloodlust, he'll easily use the magic book and body her.

I seriously doubt just because she thinks she'll instantly erase/kill Spongebob. I imagine the timeline splitting took a decent chunk of time as well.

It still proves the power is unfocused, and if the only example of her reality warping is timeline splitting, then how is that going to effect Spongebob before he uses the book?

no, her getting angry creates contained spacetime instanteniusly, and after her powers were stolen the girl litiraly had to concentrate a few seconds tops. Her reality warping is also beyond time, affecting past and future as well
 
Spongebob is not a Tier 2 character. He briefly had a Tier 2 weapon which he doesn't even know is Tier 2, nor would he ever, ever in character use it anywhere near to that extent.

And no, its not unfocused, it can be used to change reality to whatever she wants
 
Bloodlust doesn't suddenly give Spongebob knowledge he didn't previously have. Spongebob lacks the intelligence or knowhow to at all use the book anywhere close to as effectively as he could. Him wanting to kill someone won't change that.
