The weakest character for every tier part 2

I recall one user telling me that Alex has been non-hyperbolically stated to be the strongest Wizard of all time, including several Wizards who have created parallel universes,
 
Seriously why is pirating live action so hard? I can pirate Superhero Comics, Newspaper Comics, Manga, Anime, Cartoons, but I can't pirate live action.
 
@Loyal - Being haxless doesn't mean that you're weaker, there are haxless character that can casually one-shot people under the same tier.
 
People need to remember, we are counting AP, hax and more importantly speed. If a haxed character is far slower than a haxless character and lacks any good regen, then the Haxless character loses. This is why Dragon Ball Super characters cannot ever hope to be the weakest 3-A's.
 
I must be honest: Iron Ma should probably one (If not the most) weak High 6-A out there, his Dura doesn't even scale to his AP, so he need to use his forcefields at full power, which would only save him for so long.

That incredible speed though.......He's probably one of the strongest with speed like that....
 
this should be changed to:

The slowest and less haxed character for every tier.

^This is a rare occasion actually, in a small example like this, hax can make up for lack of speed.

An unequal speed fight between him and The Flash was considered a stomp in Alpha's favor
