Hm. Pikachu essentially can't damage The Weakest Human. None of Pikachu's attacks can damage The Weakest Human, they don't even target him. The Weakest Human on other hand can damage Pikachu.

If Pikachu uses Super Effective move, he KO's himself. If Pikachu used Not Very Effective move, he would Incap himself (can't move and can't attack) and gets beaten up by The Weakest Human.

The Weakest Human may actually have AP advantage. Pikachu has 8 Joules AP, The Weakest Human is larger in size.

The Weakest Human may wander away, losing coordination and wandering away from battlefield due to hallucinations. Which would actually work in his favor - by giving Pikachu more time to drink toxins and KO himself.
