Unfortunately I see a problem with that Wincon. If Boss Baby wants to mentally BFR the Thing, he'd have to somehow make it suck the pacifier, and judging by this clip, the target has to suck the pacifier in a certain way to have their consciousness transported. Considering the Thing is a bloodthirsty monstrosity, it would more like eat or spit the pacifier rather than suck it. Even if it has the intelligence of a Discord Mod (Which is at most Average), I doubt the Thing would stop to suck a random binkie thrown at it.

Unless BB somehow finds a flamethrower or a way of set the whole pizza place on fire, he's completely screwed

So, BigSmoke, your idea of a fair match is putting a baby that has exclusively one item that could even theoretically win vs. an entity that can and will spit, lash at, and overall kill Boss Baby with a single touch?
 
boss baby has prior knowledge, so he knows not to let it touch him (and speed is unequal, meaning he's much faster). that exclusive item is mental bfr which allows the boss baby to pretty much instantly win as well, and they have been shown to be used from a distance in the boss baby cinematic universe.

however i just realized that the boss baby probably wouldn't send the thing up to ******* ravage babycorp in-character, so i will bloodlust him as well
 
Yeah, no. The Thing varies far too much in shape and would just, spit on The Baby with projectile liquid that's too fast for him to dodge. This is a stomp.
 
i don’t think its attack speed via spitting is listed anywhere on the profile. its fastest listed speed is achieved through movement and caps at superhuman (which it can reach by assimilating dogs, which it hasn’t done here). also it’s assimilating a discord mod here meaning it has the perfect mouth for a pacifier (discord mod sucking lips 🤤🤤🤤)
