Bill used to be the strongest 2-A, then he turned into a fodder 2-A, and now he's not even 2-A anymore.

Still waiting for someone to make thread to try and make him 2-A again.

lowkey hoping/waiting for Ben 10s god tiers to get downgraded so Adventure Time can reign supreme as the strongest cartoon.

That said Bloom was first 3-A, than low 2-C, than 2-C, than 2-B than low 2-C again... It took a while to calm her profile.
 
Yeah Adventure Time is legit in the top 5 strongest cartoons of all time at least never would have thought that back in 2010
 
Bloom was also Infinite to Immeasurable for awhile. Her profile was all over the place, man.

Yeah, that was all downgraded with her tier. That said i was planing to make profiles for rest of them sooner or later, but i have a bad feeling about it... The scailing could turn a mess.
 
Well yeah, but it's from PMHT. If it wasn't ridiculously over the top I would be worried. Planet level Mami tho

Yeah everybody from the main series in PMHT has at least reached 5-B. Everyone except Mami who is only Low 5-B ovo

About a week ago. I don't think it was ever formally discussed in a thread, but me, Mugen and Dragon all agreed on it.
 
Also, just saying, if there is an agreement on a new strongest, please, admins and other staff members, edit thf OP, I will not be able to do it for a while.
