Quite low actually. The MFTL speeds are based on the distance of the asteroid belt and Earth. The MFTL and MFTL+ ratings are based on the low and high end of said distance respectively, which means that the MFTL speed is high end yet the MFTL+ speed is low end. Around 2k C maybe.

To reiterate, Yaldabaoth can destroy the entirety of existence below it, which has been stated as countless dimensional. The Hanged King is somewhat equal to it but may be a little stronger as he rules over the dimensional nexus which every dimension convergerces into. He in turn is weaker than the Brothers Death whom existed before existence, whom are in turn weaker than He Who Made Light and He Who Made Dark whom created the darkness the Brothers embody. Those two are weaker than the High Elder Gods, whom are in turn weaker than The All-Mighty who is at the top of the food chain. But it doesn't end there. The SCP verse is made up of narratives, with each narrative containg those countless dimensions. These narratives trancend each other and goes on upwards endlessly. SCP-3812 exists within each of these narratives simultaneously and is theorized to continue existing in higher narratives without end.

In short, Swann transcends ALL of this.

Anyway, the mind resistance no sells mind hax that can affect 2-A beings scaling from Homulilly control a hundred of people or so, life absorption resistance should be on a similar level, the magic that she resists is more or less basic reality warping like this, the unconventional soul resistance is because her body is soulless and the soul is solidified into a gem.
