@Gargoyle Just remembered Hajime Nagumo has resistance to petrification, so Emil petrification won't work on him.

Anyway why was Suimei removed? He has only there 8-C for speed equal, we are doing both equal and unequal here.
 
Dunno why sumei was removed.

I think Kaltias swaped Amara with speed equalized too.
 
Anyone for input on 6-B? that tiers looking like Jojo vs Digimon.
 
It's probably Devimon or Chrysalimon for 6-B speed unequal. With Kars (JORGE JOESTAR) or Helios (Silverio Trinity) being strongest for 6-B speed equal.

Resistance=/=immunity

How good was the Petrification that worked on him?

unless the petrification is instantaneuos, which I doubt since there is a resistance, Fate manipulation lolnopes it.
 
Giorno is weak compared to other High 3-As because it isn't actual AP, only the scale of his hax. He can't really kill the others in that tier (He can inconclusive 99,99999% of the people below that threshold though)
 
Plot Manipulation and Fate Manipulation don't care all that much about regen. Neither do Life and Death Manipulation, which at this level could kill them in a way which doesn't trigger Regenerationn.

Gan and Bessa are both omnipresent.
 
No, but it's a state of being in which you quite literally exist everywhere at once. So in reality, it's far above any form of speed.
 
I undestand Shiki but why Rot? I don't see anything aside from dura negation (Which is not explained) that can kill Nancy.
 
I like how SCP-1440 one shots anything that isn't 1-B, and is the strongest Low 7-C

Also due to fodderdizing a dude who would erase Saturn's existence at the start of a match
