She was going to be downgraded to Planet level, actually. I guess the downgrade was forgotten.
 
Universal+ range doesn't help at all against High 4-C Akron though. You kill him in the past? Good job you fought the same battle, and now he resurrects in his 4-B form

this guy has Instant Mind Control so no need to kill him (I do not know if Akron resists Mind Control)
 
He doesn't. He does have a tendency to simply shut down/absorb/erase anything that moves though (Being quite literally the embodiment of a tier 2 wanting to see the world turned into a sterile wasteland isn't exactly good for your social skills)

good point, but unlike the others chaos spaw, he's an inteligent guy and wise (his nickname is wiseman I'm not kidding OvO) so I do not know how that will happen

GEoM qualifies as the strongest 4-A with speed equalized?

And, maybe, the chaos gods with speed unequal?
 
Zen'o is a big nag that has 1 useful hax that he can used quickly so blah compared to other 2-C and Goku does not hax low 2-C so ....

there is a reason theres a strike through for them and Saitama on my list, they get bodied by a lot of whats in or even lower than them tier wise.
 
Just to put things into perspective, Pennywise isn't anywhere near our strongest Low 2-C, yet Zamasu, Beerus and Grand Priest all lost to him. (The latter two in a stomp)

Pennywise is currently losing to Giygas, and also got stomped by Giratina.
 
Yep even non Light Speed Low 2-C can beat Dragon Ball Low 2-C's speed unequal as long as they have good enough hax.
 
We should probably figure out who our strongest High 6-A is, most contested tier so.
 
Also High 5-A looks like Sephiroth Speed Unequalized and Kevin 11,000 Speed Equalized imo.
