It's honestly reasonable to say that he would lead with it, since of his other two attacks, one only has a 10% chance of working and the other is borderline usless in a 1v1 (Also iirc we had a discussion before about "Player's choice" characters and it was decided that as long as they reasonably could lead with it, than it's fine to assume that they'll lead with a winning move)

Just going to note another wincon for PG is the reaper bytes death-haxing (It's only a 10% chance of working with each attack, but there's 3 of them periodically throwing out attacks copletely indepedently of PG)

So he needs to move his hand and only 50% faster. Then I'm voting Goku because Goku will kill him before he can speed amp twice and 50% boost is barely anything when UI Goku gets passively faster and stronger.
