Outsider now has causality manipulation and absorption for wincons now i think, and has more survivability due to type 8 and 9 immortality.

Yeah he can affect Type 2's, this guy is his right hand man and servant

Oh good, this isn't a stomp.

I'll pull up a scaling chain for Dracula but Outsider prolly can't even be scratched anyway. SBA assumes this is 1999 Dracula

Dracula (1999) >= Julius >= Alucard (1999) >> Jonathon Morris/Charlotte Aluin > Dracula (PoR) > John Morris/Eric Lecarde > Dracula (CV Bloodlines) > Shanoa (W Dominus) - OneShot - Dracula (OoE) - NoSold - Shanoa = Alucard (SoTN) > True Form Dracula (SoTN) >>> Dracula (SoTN) >>>> Galamoth >>>>> Shaft (Feat above Baseline) > Richter being controlled by Shaft >> Richter Belmont > Dracula (RoB) > Simon Belmont > Dracula (CV1) > Trevor Belmont >>> Hector >> Dracula (CV3) >>> Leon Belmont > Dracula (LoI) >>> Death (LoI) >>> Time Reaper => Low 2-C

I've likely messed up somewhere here but it has been established that Dracula became more and more powerful each time he came back, to the point where Alucard sat down with people and was like "Yeah we can't keep doing this because he'll eventually be too powerful for us to handle."
