I'm going to go out on a limb and put some stats on here, feel free to discuss. I'd like to place The Nephalem in a tier, and i'm thinking around tier 6 or so. Here's the back story.

The Nephalem is: a member of the heroes who defeated the Evils of the world. Tyrael said that throughout creation, "countless worlds were destroyed" by the forces of Hell, with the Evils at their peak.

The Evils are pieces of Tathamet, a universal being that created the Diablo Universe. Tathamet was killed in the battle with Anu. The death of Tathamet and Anu created the Burning Hells and the Demons and the High Heavens and the Angels (respectively). Tathamet had 7 heads, his three strongest became the Prime Evils (Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal), and his four lesser heads became the Lesser Evils (Andarial, Durial, Azmodan, and Belial.). In the Orginial Heroes (Diablo 2 story), the Nephalem and the others defeat: Diablo, Mephisto, Baal, Andarial, and Durial.

In Diablo 3, the Nephalem returns (confirmed to be the same Barbarian from Diablo 2), however he's alone and much stronger. In this, he faces his old nemesis, Diablo, and the surviving evils (Azmodan, and Belial) who are attacking the mortal world.

In the second to final act, Diablo absorbs the souls of the other evils, becoming an imperfect Tathamet (Not to the full power, but still more powerful than any individual character). After an intense fight, The Nephalem kills Diablo-Tathamet.

In the final act, Malthael, the Archangel of Death, attempts to absorb Tathamet into himself to end the eternal conflict between angel and demon. The Nephalem is forced to kill Malthael and his followers, the Reapers.

Now for some feats.

Urzael, Malthael's second-in-command, destroys Westmarch with a shockwave of energy to claim the souls of the humans (at least city level DC for Urzael) and the Nephalem destroys him rather easily. Malthael is the strongest angel and absorbs the power of Diablo-Tathamet, making him far above that of Urzael or any other angel or demon.

The Nephalem casually dodges lightning in Diablo 2 (this is Mephisto's primary source of power, he's a demon of lightning).

Baal, the lord of destruction (along with Tyrael the angel) destroys Mount Arreat (Mountain level DC), Nephalem defeats Baal without much of an issue.

Tyrael, the Angel, fell from the High Heavens, through re-entry, and through the Cathredral, and at least four floors into the Earth (as you travel down four stair cases to reach him), and Tyrael is not the most durable or strongest angel, Imperius is as Tyrael says (The strongest of us) and the Nephalem fights enemies who defeat Tyrael/Imperius rather easily (Diablo-Tathamet, Malthael)

The Leap of the Nephalem is faster than Mephisto's lightning, although this might be game mechanics and the Nephalem is also much faster in attacking than Mephisto, especially when using the Double Swing, Frenzy, or War Shouts.

In Diablo 2, the Nephalem fights Lilith, who created the planet (plane?) of Sanctuary with the aide of a renegade angel and the Worldstone.

The Nephalem is nearly immune to soul-based attacks as Malthael was unable to steal his soul (although this might be game mechanics as well).

Sorry for the wall of text. I don't know where to place the Nephalem. Any ideas?

from text, it seems he should be planet level but i dont know much about Diablo to really say so
