Sans attacks are thought based so it should push this to a incon. If thanos starts with closing his fist then its a stomp even if I think its not IC

Sans makes the arm movement to slam the opponent then the attacks just…come? I think its thought based since theres no gesture

It's not a stomp since Thanos doesn't always start with that, he's just incredibly likely to.

Thanos is a genius and very calm in bad situations. The only reason he escaped mantis was because he kept calm and overcame the manipulation while star lord did the funny

This isn't the type of bad situation that he is used to, this is him getting actively attacked with no real time to think of a counter-measure.

He did get surprise attacked by thor and was able to aim and try to stop thor then he didn't panic and just snapped his fingers and teleported away knowing he can escape.

My guy, Thor yelled out his name before attacking, so he had plenty of time to react. Not to mention, that's comparing a basic axe throw to dozens of different attacks happening to Thanos non-stop.

Why wouldnt thanos just close his fist as soon as sans slams him? Before the bones even come out?

Because he'd be shocked that a bone just hit him in the face? And again, just throwing bones isn't San's first attack, this is. Thanos wouldn't have time to think of a plan, because by the time he realizes what's going on, he'll be dead.

It would be in character to do fist a character he doesn't know personally, but knows is a threat, as we discussed above.
