I don't know when but in the gun death The Impostor sends a bullet through A Crewmate's skull, in the neck death (As I'll call it) some of the Crewmate's bones get damaged, and one guy believes The Impostor eats the Crewmate's body leaving one bone and half their suit behind.

Or it just damages the singular bone we actually see in the game. It is a very long bone that pretty much goes through the entire body.

Think Impostor takes this mid-diff.
The Impostor’s one of those characters where the Environment really makes a difference. Slappy and The Impostor seem to have similar AP, due to similar feats, and Speed Equal means no one has the advantage. The Impostor has a range advantage via his Body Control and Height Difference (I don’t believe Slappy’s 3’6”), and due to the environment The Impostor can sabotage nearby systems (such as Lights) that Slappy wouldn’t know how to fix. Even as an unremarkable spaceship, the Impostor gets a home field advantage due to it, being pretty used to navigating around Spaceships easily and sabotaging them despite not knowing how they work, whereas Slappy hasn’t ever been on a spaceship before. With Enhanced Senses, Slappy’s stealth isn’t very useful either, and, If anything, The Impostor’s Stealth is better, especially if he sabotages the lights.

tl;dr Range Advantage to the Imp, Senses to the Imp, similar AP, so I think Impostor wins.

Well first off this environment, while it is a space ship, would still be different then what we see in the Among Us game and we can't just assume that it would have the exact same layout as the one we see in the game, so neither of which would know where is where and what is what. Secondly in this fight they start 5 meters away from each other, or 15 feet, so stealth isn't exactly an option here. Thirdly sabotaging seems to take some time and the impostor has to open a screen and physically press said screen if this official art has anything to say. Along with a majority of the in-game sabotages likely not going to work on Slappy mainly given he is an inorganic being, isn't technological in nature and doesn't have anything on him that need technology, so most normal sabotage tactics wouldn't work here and given that The Impostor in lore has never dealt with an inorganic being such as Slappy, along with not having prep time, wouldn't know how to confront such an opponent. And lastly, Slappy can be considered stronger since tearing off someone's head is actually at least 1,090 joules, meanwhile the only calculable feat The Impostor has, the fact that it can break bones, would be 375 joules.

Slappy in the game normally rushes his opponent and kills them in ways that kill them relatively quickly, and given Slappy is bloodlusted in this fight he wouldn't at all be hesitant to brutalize The Impostor.
