Simply, The Creator should have practically all the abilties that Bartleby, Grandfather Spider and Grandmother Rave have. As the supreme being of the verse, via powerscaling and the one who created all three of them, and made them so they would exist to perfectly counterbalance each other's strengths and abilities/spells, meaning he should know them in the first place and likely being the one who brought magic into existence

+ from scaling literally every top tier in the verse, he should be resistant to all schools of magic- which would be resistance to : Fire, Ice, Weather, Earth Manipulation, Life-Force Absorption and Transmutation
If it's possible with that one statement alone, WoG did imply The Creator is beyond the understanding of those 3 beings, whom are 4th dimensional. So if it can, a "possibly/likely higher" rating doesn't seem out of place. Along with the fact that he should be far more powerful than all 3 combined
