Well, this has been stuck in limbo for a ridiculous amount of time. Seeing how nobody else appears willing to evaluate that, I will switch to agreeing with the revision for now.

I just went over the thread and DT is the first explicit staff agreement.

Since it's a tier 1 staff thread, I think it's better to get 1 more just to be safe. I'm myself aren't familiar with vote counts needed, but it seems usually a bit is required, so perhaps a 3rd vote that has gone over the proposals would suffice?

The review and approval of content revisions that affect Tier 1 and/or Tier 0 ratings or that are highly controversial should preferably be conducted by a larger number of staff members in order to ensure that all relevant parties are aware of and agree with the proposed changes.
