Even if she BFR's him, if he can manage to infect her with the Plague, he still wins.

You need to BFR for at least a week to win by SBAs. The Plague kills victims within hours or even minutes of showing symptoms.

If she has no Resistance to Biological Manipulation, there is no reason it won't affect her.
