Minor Conceptual Manipulation, Able to perceive and attack abstracts, Existence Deletion, and Reality Warping via Purification, Resistance to mind, soul, and time-based attacks seems extremely dangerous, but if the DQIX Hero can get past this. He should win, assuming he has mastered all classes, his skill would be crazy, and Solar Flair would probably crush the Batter.
