So as per SBA I suppose Vin has a lot of every metal, via the whole "in peak" thing (though she doesn't really need actual metal with the mists for most of them). That means she has atium in plentiful quantity, one of the few that the mists won't replicate since it's the body of ruin. I don't know that she's gonna instantly go to chromium, but atium's precog lets her just not get hit long enough to pull out chromium/emotional alomancy, so yeah.
If the mists can also substitute for duralium (I don't remember) then it gets even crazier, since she gets the gigantic power boost but due to mist empowered the downside of burning all your metal in one go just doesn't apply.

So basically a full Allomancer with no limits in regards to the effects of the metals they can distribute.
