Since Kharn is the new hip thing, I'd like to see if his hax can contend with higher AP.

Non-haxxed Warrior vs Anti-Hax Warrior

Speed is equalized. Terrarian is High 5-A, Kharn is 5-A. Both are bloodlusted, and the fight starts at 20 meters.

The Terrarian doesn't have to kill Kharn permanently. Instead, he will be granted the win if he can reliably kill Khârn multiple times.

We need to get this out of the way first. Obviously, the Terrarian's magic, minions, and ranged weapons get nullified, but what else? Can he still use potions? Can he still use accessories to fly and whatnot? In this fight, once realizing ranged weapons are useless, the Terrarian would probably use a mid-range melee weapon like Solar Eruption and the Terrarian (the yoyo). Also, it should be noted that the Terrarian is resistant to soul manipulation.

Terrarian for higher strength, versatility, mobility, and resistance to Gorechild's soul manipulation. Especially since the Terrarian's keep-away strategy combined with higher mobility due to flight and snowspark boots don't allow Kharn many chances to attack.

>brute force

Most of Kharn's canon fights have nothing to do with brute force. Like, at all. One of his most notable fights, which is against Azrael of the Dark Angels, is such a massive stomp in Kharn's favor due to the sheer gap in skill, not raw power.

Keep in mind that Azrael is one of the most skilled loyalist Marines out there, and Kharn makes him look like a joke, with Azrael only scoring three superficial glancing hits on Kharn's armor over the whole fight.

If this fight is bloodlusted and starts 20 meters apart, I'm legitimately not seeing what stops Kharn from closing the distance as soon as possible and finishing the fight with a killing blow from Gorechild. It's not in character for him to just tank things he doesn't believe he can, and the difference in skill (something which seems to be brought up to shit on Saitama and not much else) is astronomical.

@Azathoth

The Terrarian wouldn't just let that happen. Especially with equalized speed, the Terrarian's flight and general mobility advamtage, and the fact that the Terrarian almost never fights up close. There's a reason that his top-tier melee weapons are just as effective or more effective at medium range. I don't see what's stopping Terrarian from keeping away while using Solar Eruption over and over.

Well the Terrarian would most likely attempt to get out of Kharn's range, given that most of the Terrarian's arsenal is long range (and that they are a glass cannon to a degree). They also have some slight resistance to soul manip, but i don't know what it is worth here.

Oh wow, I forgot the skill gap.

I'm giving it to Kharn via expierience and intelligence.

Failing over and over to use said solar eruption due to Kharn's massive expierience advantage. it's also worth mentioning that Terrarian is going to get stomped in CQC

@FDrybob

He doesn't need to let anything happen. The skill difference is that massive. Kharn's goals are to close the gap, make a direct hit with Gorechild, and don't take a direct hit on the way. This isn't exactly a hard task for him. This is a man who has been dealing with beings that warp the fabric of reality and the most skilled warriors in the universe for 10,000 years. An opponent of equal speed and much less skill with a mid-range weapon isn't exactly the most monumental challenge he's encountered.

He would win despite being weaker due to combat skill.

Bruce lee is obviously stronger than saitama, then.
That doesn't make sense at all.

Being older doesen't mean you can bypass higher stats. Fairly certain the authority is way older than saitama and has more experience than him.

But how is he going to close the gap when their speed is equal, and Terrarian can run backward at full speed while still using his weapon? Solar eruption works different from your average flail, as well. The end of it doesn't do damage. Instead, its spiked shaft hits the enemy at least five times before retracting. If that doesn't work, a spear like Daybreak would still be potent. Plus, his resitance to soul manipulation and his healing potions give him much more longevity. Also, would their armor and block-piercing capabilities be negated by Khorne?

7x ain't exactly that small of a gap. It's small enough to be fair though.

Anyway, back to my point.

There exists a point where both characters are skilled and versatile enough that skill and experience stops becoming a factor, even if that advantage is by thousands of years.

This is not one of those fights. Still don't have a victor tho.

How is this even remotely comparable? 10,000 years of fighting opponents way more versatile and skilled than most non-stop isn't the same as 10,000 years of being alive and doing nothing.

Still, it's just combat skill, which on it's own can't win a fight. It helps, especially when combined with hax, but can't do much on it's own.

Actually, being laughably more expierienced does in fact bypass higher stats.

I point you to Saber vs Assasin

@FDrybob

So Terrarian starts the fight going backwards at full speed? Ok. Hope he enjoys never hitting Kharn. Should he need to actually do damage, what will he do then? Kharn isn't some dumb berserker who'll fall for an obvious kite.

Not without hax to back it up

It's true in most cases that experience means nothing but it's mainly when the stats have a massive difference.

From the looks of it they aren't that far apart and if what Azathoth says is true I'm pretty sure 10,000 years of experience fighting many different foes can make a difference here but that's my opinion.

I was at least hoping for an acknowledgement XD

Again, how would he close the gap when Terrarian has better mobility and equal speed? The fact that he can attack while running backward at full speed, and being immune to knockback means that Kharne would have to constantly try to keep him in range. Terrarian's solar eruption is a gigantic flail. He will always be in fighting range while Kharne will constantly be trying to get in range.

You are implying Kharn gets auto-kited by his foe running backwards.

Terrarian goes backwards in a straight line at full speed.

Kharn does nothing.

Terrarian is now out of range if anything that will hurt Kharn.

If he wants to win the fight, he'll have to actually fight.

Last time I checked 7x difference isn't really that large enough to help in a sword fight unless you hit your opponent, which terrarium never will.
