Tensei Slime Light Novel AP Upgrades and other stuff

As promised several months ago, the next massive Tensura revisions from me.
As the name suggests, this is going to be a rather massive AP upgrades for the Light Novel characters. Namely, the storm calculation feat will be discarded in favor for the accepted small country destruction feat, as well as downscaling from the calculation of El Dorado's destruction.
Note: As I haven't completed my reread of the series yet, this mostly covers only up to Volume 12. It is likely that a second smaller CRT will be a thing in the future, dividing the keys for the characters by arcs instead of by evolution, as many characters seemed to have gotten stronger by the time the Eastern Empire invasion arc comes.
Keep V13 and onwards discussion out of this thread for the most part.

As all results from the calculation are accepted, it should be discussed which result is going to be used. Although I'm partial with the Blumund high-end, it can be up to debate or to votes.

So, why?

  1. Inconsistencies. Currently, the gap between two general tiers of Slime characters (Seed/Sage level and Saint/Hero/Demon Lord level) is by hundreds of thousands. This does not make sense in-universe.
  2. The storm calculation might be flawed. It is possible that the storm engulfed the entire marshlands, which is incredibly huge based on the world map. In any case, this is a secondary, negligible concern, but just bringing it up here.

Examples of the inconsistencies?

There are several suspects that breaks the scaling of these characters by having hundreds of thousands of AP gap between them. Allow me to name a few instances with several characters whose ratings make no sense as of this writing:
  • Laplace. This literal clown is a legendary fighter that can punch way above his paygrade. So it doesn't makes sense for him to be initially struggling against a supposed 6-C Roy Valentin, and in the near future, to be clobbering a possibly High 6-A+ character Vega . Nor should Laplace have a problem against Louis Valentin, who absorbed Roy's power and only became "several times stronger." Laplace just holds back and then goes all out. He doesn't transform and becomes 100000x stronger.
    • Roy Valentin and Louis Valentin have nonsensical ratings as well, currently.
  • Shion is supposedly 6-C, yet were able to fight against 6-A Razul who had more energy than Shion and Diablo combined. Shion was still overpowered, but not in a way that a 6-A character would do so against a 6-C character. It wouldn't make sense if they were hundreds of thousands of times weaker. She also manages to crack his armor with the help of another supposed 6-C character below, Ranga.
  • Ranga as well teamed up with Shion to defeat Razul. Razul has made an effort to dodge some of Ranga's attacks, and Ranga even took some of Razul's attacks. That wouldn't be possible if Ranga was hundreds of thousands of times weaker, as unlike Shion, Ranga did not have regeneration.
  • Hinata Sakaguchi in her first key was already an Saint (albeit incomplete) during the events of Volume 4/5. Although she did get a powerup from donning the Holy Armament, it wasn't a literal hundreds of thousands of boost. This also goes against the fact that humans, such as Saints, cannot undergo in instant drastic powerups that monsters turning into Demon Lords can do (with aberrant exceptions of course).
Having a 6-C to 6-A gap breaks the scaling, especially with characters getting stronger and supposedly closer to 6-A individuals yet still remaining around 6-C. The changes that are suggested to be made makes everything more consistent.

Do we have any statements that would support 6-B ratings?

Besides the statement where we have the corresponding calculation, yes.
Here is a list of compiled statements regarding country destruction.
Some of them are only secondary evidences, but are nonetheless sufficient to support the consistency of a Low 6-B and 6-B ratings.
An A-ranked monster is a threat to an existence of a nation. (Volume 1, Chapter 1)Normally, an A-ranked monster alone would be dreadful enough to threaten the existence of a nation—someone like Veldora was dangerous enough to plunge it into despair.
Razen says that Special A, or Calamity level threats, such as Arch Demons, are capable of causing a crisis that could bring a whole country to its demise. (Volume 7, Chapter 1)Larzen recalls now.

This Diablo, who has been sitting casually in front of him, is a terrifying demon.

An Archdemon—No, he said he isn’t kind (cheap) like that.

On top of that, even an Archdemon alone would be quite a threat. If he was to appear in some smaller country, he would have caused a crisis that could bring the whole nation to its demise.

That’s why they are categorized as Calamity—Threat level up to Special Rank A.

Basic magic barriers would not stand effective. He could easily destroy a nation’s defense by unleashing a bit more of his Youki (demonic aura). He may even be capable of crushing his enemies one-sidedly using magic alone.
Razen believes that Rimuru can singlehandedly destroy Farmus, a large country. (Volume 7, Chapter 1)It must have been a warning to Larzen.

Telling him to not get ahead of himself.

There is no wonder that his country had been destroyed when they are up against such an opponent, who even a PrimordialDemon would pledge loyalty to.

—if it’s that Demon Lord, he could single-handedly destroy the entire Farmus Kingdom.

Such thoughts keep crossing Larzen’s mind.
Legends speak of Demon Lords as beings that can singlehandedly destroy nations. (Volume 7, Chapter 2)A single monster was able to massacre the entire twenty-thousand army—The crowds are speechless before this fact presented before them. The silence is accompanied by a nervous air as everyone begins to recall a certain legend.

There was once a group of individuals who could single-handedly destroy nations. They became Demon Lords, and so, legends—
Demon Peer Testarossa considered destroying the Kingdom of Ingracia herself. (Volume 11, Chapter 3).
“If we can detect suspicious activities ahead of time, we can plan accordingly before anything bad happens.”

“Indeed.”

“Testarossa, can I trouble you to take care of the matter?”

“Most certainly. Regarding the method, however, should I destroy their entire nation?”

No no, that won’t do.
Johann, one of the Five Elders of the Western Nations, believes that Primordial Greed Mizari wouldn't break a sweat in destroying Ingracia, a large country. And would even affect other nations surrounding it, such as Rostia. (Volume 11, Chapter 5).Johann’s mission was complete. The ‘Apostles of Verte’ had also clearly achieved their ambitions. Because their god—Demon Peer Mizari—had answered their summoning.

Mizari was more terrifying than some demon lords. She wouldn’t break a sweat in destroying the Kingdom of Ingracia.

Kukuku, even the supposed strongest unit of this nation, the magical inquisitors, froze at the sight of the demon. This country is doomed. Our nation of Rostia will probably be affected as well; I suppose I’ll just have to apologize to everyone in the next life. In satisfaction, Johann glanced around the meeting hall.
Three Special A/Calamity Class beings appearing at the same time can easily obliterate a small country. (Volume 12, Chapter 3)But he was still cheating, right? Why, you ask? Because, if three Special A—Calamity-class—beings appeared at the same time, they could easily obliterate a small country. If this was happening under my nose, then there must’ve been more things they were hiding from me.
Mjolmille says that the Sky Dragon, a Calamity level monster on par with Ifrit, can topple a small country in a matter of seconds. (Volume 17, Chapter 1). This is where the calculation comes from.I’m not just talking about the destruction of large cities, but he also saved me by defeating a sky dragon, a monster that could have toppled a small country, in a matter of seconds. At that point in time, he was a hero in my eyes, but I was astonished to hear that he had become one of the Octagram shortly thereafter.

What is the suggested AP changes?

I listed all the characters that would be affected, which is the majority of the LN profiles. Additionally, I also fixed a lot of the mistakes in the profiles too, including but not limited to flawed scaling chains, and adding further justifications for ratings. This can be compared as I linked their profiles in the post and be discussed accordingly.
I'm also proposing changing the terms in keys, replacing it from going by race to going by timeline for certain characters who have significant changes in strength while staying in the same evolutionary stage.
Some of the character profiles are just put all at once when I made this, differentiated by keys.

765 Teratons, 6-A

Rimuru Tempest (Demon Slime): Continent level (Comparable to Demon Peer Carrera, who can create a Gravity Collapse that can destroy the Great Jura Forest. Should be comparable to, and fought a serious "mock" swordfight with Leon Cromwell, whose fight against the Yellow Primordial would result to the destruction of El Dorado, a continent larger than Australia as a consequence, and is capable of destroying El Dorado by himself. As a True Demon Lord, should be superior to the Cherub Pulcinella, who can destroy the continent of Atlantis within a fraction of a second. With his aura alone, he disintegrated Gaiye, who could give Carrion and Frey trouble)

Ruminas Valentine: Continent level (Comparable to other True Demon Lords like Rimuru Tempest and Leon Cromwell, whose fight against the Yellow Primordial would result to the destruction of El Dorado, a continent larger than Australia. As a True Demon Lord, should be superior to Pulcinella, who can destroy the continent of Atlantis within a fraction of a second) Additionally, I have also decided to use the most common translated also used in officials for her name, which is Luminous Valentine.

Diablo (Demon Peer): Continent level (Should be comparable to Demon Slime Rimuru, and is Rimuru's strongest subordinate, taking half of Rimuru's magicules upon being named. As a fellow Demon Peer, should be comparable to Carrera, who can create a Gravity Collapse that can destroy the Great Jura Forest. In terms of magic techniques and physical ability, the difference between Diablo and Sare is compared to the difference between an adult and an infant)

Hinata Sakaguchi (Complete Saint): Continent level (In this state, she is described to have power comparable to a True Demon Lord, allowing her to harm and parry sword strikes with Demon Slime Rimuru. Physically stronger than old Granbell Rosso. Oni Benimaru says he is unlikely to win against Hinata)

Granbell Rosso (Young): Continent level (Became far stronger after absorbing Maria's and Razul's energy, which increased his magicules, restored his youth, and gained him an Ultimate Skill, allowing him to fight equally against Ruminas Valentine. Overwhelmed Hinata Sakaguchi)

Razul: Continent level (Fought Oni Shion and a restrained Diablo at the same time, and has more magicule content than both of them combined. Was overwhelming a team of Shion and Ranga as he continued to get stronger as the fight went on. Stated by Rimuru to be stronger than old Granbell Rosso)

Yuuki Kagurazaka (Saint): Continent level (Yuuki remodeled his body to evolve from a human to a Sage, and then to a fully evolved Saint equal to a spiritual lifeform, surpassing Hinata Sakaguchi's incomplete Saint form. If he were to convert all his energy into magicules, he could rival Leon Cromwell and Ruminas Valentine)

208.64 Teratons, High 6-B (Scaling from Awakened Clayman and transformed Carrion)

Demon Lord Valentine (Roy Valentin | Louis Valentine with Roy absorbed): Large Country level (Equals with Demon Lord Kazalim, a cursed high elf who is superior to the Moderate Clown Troupe. Described by Rimuru as having superior aura than base Carrion, although this reading is likely inaccurate due to intentionally misleading aura) | Continent level (Absorbed Roy Valentin's powers, regaining his full power as the Bloody Lord) Roy Valentin's page would then be changed into "Demon Lord Valentine", with keys separating Roy and Louis, as they are basically just one person split into two.

Laplace: At least Large Country level (Killed a weakened Roy Valentin, and is described to be a better fighter than him. Described to have the highest combat ability amongst the Moderate Clown Troupe)

Clayman (Awakened): Large Country level (Became significantly stronger with his incomplete Demon Lord Awakening, causing his Existence Value to double. His drastic increase in power caused Carrion to worry, and Frey claims she would be incapable of defeating him)

Granbell Rosso (Old): Large Country level (Stated by Ruminas to be stronger than the former Demon Lords, which include Kagali, Roy, Carrion, Frey, and Clayman. Despite being physically weaker than Hinata Sakaguchi, he was able to fight her through sheer skill and experience)

Hinata Sakaguchi (Incomplete Saint): Large Country level (Overwhelmed a weakened Rimuru Tempest, who believed he would have lost nine of out ten times even if he was at full strength. Veldora believes she can singlehandedly defeat Charybdis. An Enlightened Hinata was able to end a battle against Roy and Louis Valentin in mutual destruction. A Saint has a baseline Existence Value of over one million)

Gazel Dwargo: Large Country level (A Saint in existence, and is described to be on the same level as Hinata Sakaguchi)

Shizue Izawa:
Charys: Large Country level (As a flame lord and named by Veldora, has surpassed Carrion and Frey in terms of magicules. A Flame Lord is equivalent to Spirit Kings which are on the level of Saint-in-transitions in existence value. Charys was able to assist Leon in holding back Chronoa)

Diablo (Arch Demon): Large Country level (Easily defeated Razen and his summoned higher elemental Gnome. Effortlessly defeated Orthos, a named Arch Demon who can harm Shizue Izawa. Stomped a commander-class Phantom, who easily defeated the S-Class students)

69.55 Teratons, 6-B (Backscaling from Demon Slime Rimuru having over 10x the energy as his V5 Slime self)

Rimuru Tempest (Slime Key, Volume 4/5): Country level+ (Has over ten times less magicules prior to his Demon Lord awakening. As a Special A, Calamity Class monster, Rimuru harmed and consumed Ifrit and Orc Disaster Geld, absorbing their powers, and then later consumed the core of Charybdis, becoming stronger each time until he reached Disaster Class. Became far stronger after training under Milim Nava, with Milim stating that he's qualified to declare himself a Demon Lord, making him comparable to the likes of Carrion, Frey and Clayman)

Mariabell Rosso: Country level+ (Superior to Gaiye, who can give Carrion and Frey a difficult time), far higher with Greed (Combusting her own soul, she can go past her limits and exchange blows with Demon Lord Rimuru, who deemed her to be strong, although she was unable to damage him), can bypass durability with Greed (Greed operates based on the target's desires, and the stronger the desire, the more effective the attacks. Rimuru states that even the likes of Hinata Sakaguchi and Benimaru can be easily killed by Mariabell)

Sare (Sage | Saint in transition): Country level+ (Stated to have nearly killed Roy Valentin. Second only to Hinata among the Ten Great Saints, and is the closest to becoming a real Saint) | Large Country level (Much stronger than before after training under Razen, and should be comparable to Hinata Sakaguchi as a Saint-in-transition)

Carrion (Pre-Awakening): Country level+ (Should be comparable to Rimuru Tempest, who believed Carrion was stronger prior to Rimuru's training under Milim Nava. Rimuru comments that his aura feels stronger than Charybdis), Large Country level with Royal Beast (Thrice as strong as before. His Beast Roar was able to somewhat numb Milim Nava's hand, although it drained all his energy)

Charybdis:
  • Attack Potency: Country level+ (Rimuru stated that the Tempest Scales violently reshaped a nearby forest, and a direct hit from them would've turned anyone in the Tempest forces into mincemeat, making Charybdis superior to Rimuru and the Kijins during the events of Volume 3)
  • Durability: Country level+ (Can take the force of its own blows when using Body Slam), its large size, regeneration, and Magic Interference make it difficult to kill (The combined forces of Tempest and Dwargon's elite Pegasus Knights only dealt 30% damage to it in 10 hours of battle)

Benimaru (Post Harvest Festival): Country level+ (One-shot an incomplete Charybdis. Rimuru states that Benimaru holds power beyond the Demon Lord Seed, and Alvis comments that Benimaru is on the same level as Carrion. Easily deflected an attack from Momiji, whom he compared to Carrion), higher with Magic Flame Transformation (In this state, his strength, stamina and psyche are greatly enhance, acquiring properties of a spiritual lifeform)

Shion (Post Harvest Festival): Country level+ (Overwhelmed Clayman. Was able to competently fight against Razul. Stomped Dagruel's three sons, who individually have magicules comparable to base Clayman), higher with Battle God (In this state, her strength, stamina and psyche are greatly enhance, acquiring properties of a spiritual lifeform. Razul was bewildered and believed his exoskeleton will be damaged by Shion's attack, which she did albeit with Ranga's assistance)

Ranga (Post Harvest Festival):
  • Attack Potency: Country level+ (Should be comparable to Shion, whom he teamed up with to fight against Razul, the latter feeling the need to dodge Ranga's attacks. Assisted Shion's final attack with his lightning, which cracked Razul's exoskeleton. Superior to Geld according to Rimuru)
  • Durability: Country level+ (Was able to survive attacks from Razul, although was gravely injured)
Yuuki Kagurazaka (Human): Country level+ (Somewhat comparable to Oni Shion. Traded blows with Rimuru), likely Continent level with Greed Flare (Capable of matching blows with Demon Lord Rimuru and injured his arm, although Anti-Skill has nullified Rimuru's defenses)

Momiji: Country level+ (Benimaru stated that her presence is comparable, if not greater, than Carrion. Capable of defeating an untransformed Alvis with one blow)

Footman:
  • Attack Potency: Country level+ (Superior to Clayman. Defeated Geld while seemingly not taking the fight seriously. Capable of fighting Gunther, who is on Roy Valentine's level, albeit Laplace said he had no chance of winning and will eventually get killed)
  • Durability: Country level+, likely higher (As Footman effectively acts as a tank, he was able to hold back Gunther, a vampire comparable to Roy Valentin)

Razen: Country level+ (Superior to Sare. A level above Orc Disaster Geld according to Veldora. Considered the strongest Champion of Farmus, putting him far above the likes of Folgen, Shogo, and Kyoya. Believes he can easily defeat Hakuro and Geld during the Farmus invasion, as his level reached beyond Special A Rank at that point. Capable of defeating Arch Demons)

13.88 vs 29.22 vs 49.44 Teratons, 6-B (Scaling from Treyni's 2x increase in magicules)

Treyni (Dryad Doll): Country level (Her magicule count doubled, making her equal to Disaster Rank S, but is still weaker than Carrion. Superior to Souei and Geld)

Clayman (Base): Country level, likely higher at full power (Comparable to, but weaker than base Carrion. At full power, fought and damaged Oni Shion during the Walpurgic arc), can bypass durability (Some of Clayman's attacks and weapons can easily dominate Calamity level beings' minds and bodies. Clayman was confident of dominating Shion, a Disaster class foe, who only resisted because of her Perfect Memory Skill. His ultimate attack can ignore physical defenses and cause internal damage through magicule disruption)

Souei (Post Harvest Festival): Country level (Superior to Glenda Adley, who can fight evenly and kill some of his clones. Rimuru thinks Souei might also be on Clayman's level)

Geld (Post Harvest Festival): Country level (Comparable to Oni Souei. Was able to fight base Carrion albeit both were holding back. Rimuru thinks Geld might also be on Clayman's level)

Glenda Adley: Country level (Capable of fighting one of Oni Souei's clones evenly and killing him, and manages to kill two more before ultimately being defeated, although Souei's clones are weaker than the real one in an unknown margin. As an Enlightened and a member of the Ten Great Saints, should be comparable to Demon Lord Seeds like Clayman)

Reynald Jesta: Country level (As a Sage and being a member of the Ten Great Saints, should be comparable to Demon Lord Seeds like Clayman)

Adalman (Octagram Rising Arc | Eve of War Arc) : Country level (Adalman has enough magicules to not only rival the strength of the Beastkeeters, but also enough to rival demon lords) | Country level (After devoting his time into regaining his strength as a wight king, he rapidly posessed power surpassing his prime, with his magicules increasing to an outrageous level comparable to Arch Demons, possibly even comparable of that of the White Primordial. Rimuru judges Adalman to be capable of defeating an unawakened Clayman)

6.94 vs 9.74 vs 24.72 Teratons, 6-B (Scaling from being twice as strong as Ifrit)

Treyni (Dryad): Country level (Superior to the Kijins. Stated to be capable of dealing with Orc Disaster Geld herself), Large Country level with Sylphide (Can harm Laplace and Charybdis)

Beretta (Arch Doll | Chaos Doll): Country level (Two times stronger than the Elemental Colossus, which is stronger than the Sky Dragon which was on Ifrit's level before Veldora's training) | Country level (Stronger than before due to the evolution and gifts from Rimuru, which should make them a demon lord-class individual. Easily defeated Clayman's Piorra, which looked stronger than Clayman)

Orc Disaster Geld: Country level (Superior to the Kijins. Possesses nearly twice the amount of magicules as Ifrit)

Hakurou (Pre Harvest Festival): Country level (Despite having lower energy, was described by Veldora to be the strongest of the Kijins in combat ability and potentially stronger than Pre-Orc Lord fight Rimuru. Was able to bisect and decapitate Orc Disaster Geld. Became stronger after training under Milim Nava)

Benimaru (Pre Harvest Festival): Country level (Superior to Hakurou. Became stronger after training under Milim Nava, with Rimuru stating that he can give Treyni a run for her money. Defeated Phobio in a sparring match), can ignore conventional durability (Hellflare can reach the same level of temperatures as Ifrit's flames, which nearly burned Orc Disaster Geld to death)

Shion (Pre Harvest Festival): Country level (Became stronger after training under Milim Nava. Described by Souei to be only second to Benimaru in strength, and says he would lose to her in full frontal combat. Can parry blows from Orc Disaster Geld during their fight)

Souei (Pre Harvest Festival): Country level (Was able to restrain Orc Disaster Geld. Became stronger after training under Milim Nava, with Rimuru stating that he can give Treyni a run for her money)

Alvis: Country level (Comparable to Kijin Benimaru. The strongest among the Beastkeeters), far higher with Beast Transformation (Far stronger than before. Stomped Yamza, a Special A Rank Greater Majin who fought her base form to a stalemate)

Sufia: Country level (Comparable to Kijin Shion, whom she fought in a draw), higher with Beast Transformation (Stronger than before)

Phobio: Country level (Comparable to the other Beastkeeters. Has more magicule content than the Pre-Milim training Kijins individually) higher with Beast Transformation (Stronger than before)

3.45 vs 4.87 vs 12.36 Teratons, Low 6-B (Scaling from the Sky Dragon calcultation results)

Ranga (Pre Harvest Festival): Country level (Comparable to Ifrit), higher with Death Storm (Using all his energy, a pinpointed Death Storm was able to harm Orc Disaster Geld)

Geld (Pre Harvest Festival): Country level (A Calamity class monster comparable to Ifrit)

Folgen: At least Country level (A Special A Rank otherworlder and the strongest knight of Farmus. Stated by Veldora to be comparable to Ifrit whom at that time has grown strong enough to defeat the Sky Dragon. Superior to Shogo and Kyoya)

Ifrit: Country level (Equal to the Sky Dragon who is described to be capable of destroying a small country in seconds), can ignore conventional durability (He can unleash and maintain flames that are comparable to Benimaru's Hell Flare, who can burn Orc Disaster Geld. His Flare Circle could have harmed Rimuru Tempest in their fight had it been a concentrated attack according to Veldora)

Shuna (Pre Harvest Festival | Post Harvest Festival): Large Island level+ (Despite being B+ rank in energy due to gaining a Unique Skill, she is judged by Veldora as A-ranked in combat, a high ranking Kijin who can threaten an entire nation) | Country level (Evolved into an Fair Oni, a semi-spiritual lifeform that's at least Calamity level. Easily defeated Gaiye, an adventurer boasting a combat ability above A-rank), higher with magic (Defeated Adalman, a demon lord class Wight King)

Gabiru (Pre Harvest Festival | Post Harvest Festival): Large Island level+ (An A-ranked dragonewt, which is a threat to an entire region and is several times weaker than the Sky Dragon) | Country level (Reached Calamity Class, making him comparable to the likes of Ifrit)

Shogo: Small Country level+, likely Country level, higher with Berserker (Should be at least A-plus ranked as an Otherworlder, which are considered enough war power to decimate a smaller country. Fought Kijin Shion, however she was significantly weakened at that time. While amped with his Berserker's Adamantine Body, he was able to fight Geld and one-shot his shield crafted from Charybdis's scales)

Kyoya: Small Country level+, likely Country level (Should be at least A-plus ranked as an Otherworlder, which are considered enough war power to decimate a smaller country. Was able to critically injure Hakurou, albeit the latter was significantly weakened at that time)

Gobta (Pre Harvest Festival | Post Harvest Festival): Large Island level (When fully equipped, has the combat ability equivalent to A-minus) | Large Island level+ (An A-ranked Hazard class threat when fully equipped. Was able to deflect attacks from Yamza, a Special A Rank majin, albeit this was also due to Gobta's luck)

Thank you for reading.

As this is a CRT created through the course of several months of on-and-off additions, there might be errors and mistakes, sorry about that.
And this is a very long thread, so it must be given time for reading and discussions. I am especially troubled with how to deal with some Hazard level ratings.

Disagree with the statements. There is no timeframe and threatening a country doesn't mean destroying it completely
I suggest taking time to read the CRT completely.

Not only is the statement used for the calculation very clearly meant actual destruction, but there is in fact a timeframe mentioned in the same sentence.
The other statements, timeframe or none, are merely supplements to prove the consistency of country level beings in the story and not just a one-time statement.
And it is furthermore just a solid, concrete number anchor opposed to the revision going forward with just downscaling from the 6-A feat.

I assume you don't disagree with the scaling as you didn't mention it and only pointed out the statements specifically, but nevertheless a more thorough reading is advised to verify if there are other issues you have with it.

thanks for the hard work. Laplace became a difficult character to evaluate, I believe Fuse simply changed his mind about him and upgraded him to fit the later volumes.

thanks for your hardwork, this seems very well made and i agree with everything.

there is also a statement from Veldora Observation Journal that can be used to support Small Country rating(note: this statement was barely after Charybdis event)

We do have a time frame for the small country destruction, so we can take the country destruction ones at face value i guess and there are indeed inconsistencies with the current scaling as pointed out by the op, so this is alright with me.

Okay, if this CRT gets greenlit, I will also make a separate section in the Tensura verse page explaining the scaling chain, similar to the one found in the One Piece verse page.

I've been planning to make more revisions about the verse page but the addition of the scaling explanation can be brought forward first.

So I assume the high end result for Blumund is agreed upon then.

Since two staff supporters have agreed, I'll wait for some time then will apply the changes throughout the week.

Agree with everything.
But when was it mentioned that sage level has an EP of atleast 1 million??

Agree with everything.
But when was it mentioned that sage level has an EP of atleast 1 million??
Saint.
It's directly stated in V19 with Saare as a benchmark who have 1mill as a Saint while Hinata and Gazel have a little over a million.
