So, the page lists the following:

Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2, Disaster. His ability allows him to control and cause any disaster which can range from earthquakes, to blizzards, thunderclouds and more)

That seems like a very weird reasoning for concept manip. Especially Type 2. It, at least, requires some extra context to be added to the page.

My knowledge of the verse is limited to the anime so can't help here, idk who this character even is.

Sounds more like Chaos Manip (as, natural disasters are generally related to it) to me.

I though of that, but eathquakes do not really qualify as weather; you can say nature manip, but that is not a power here.

Our weather manip page does technically list earthquakes... for some reason.

Yeah, I agree with Weather Manipulation.

I have no clue how this is supposed to be conceptual in nature. This person ain't invoking the concept of something to cause natural didsasters. They're just causing and manipulating natural disasters.
