Low 7-C and 7-C Feats​

• Terra generates an earthquake
• Cyborg swings a building
• The Titans and Cinderblock cause and withstand an explosion
• Mark of Skath Slade tanks a huge beam

With this currently 8-C characters like Cyborg and Starfire become Low 7-C and Low 7-C characters like Terra, Raven (via Magic), and Amped Slade become 7-C.

This is consistent with the the Titans being depicted as somewhat comparable to Red Star (albeit weaker), who is already accepted at least baseline 7-C by his own feats.

I'm pretty sure that Red Star could get a tier around 7-C since I remember him easily beating up Mammoth in Titans Together
