unless Sanura does something to incap Batman right out the gate he oneshors woth just about anything
 
It actually depends on who she's facing. If she's facing a guy who blatantly has weapons on their person, then yes, she'll lead with thought based bindings. But if it's like a creature or something, she'll likely lead with flames and forcefields.
