Why is Cyborg Tao listed as Small City Level and Massively Hypersonic? He has no feats to back this up and he can't be scaled to Tien considering how effortlessly Tien beat him during the 23rd Budokai. I believe his stats should be lowered.
As for Kami and Mr. Popo they are listed as Small Island level for being superior to Kid Goku, a City level character. This makes no sense and if anything they should be listed as at least City level.
