Take Misaka Mikoto and Sylvie Paula Paula as example:we should revise one of them

We labeled Sylvie Paula Paula 7-A before, and Misaka Mikoto only 7-C. But it's clear that Sylvie Paula Paula's electricity power is 1 million volt at most, and Misaka Mikoto's power is 1 billion volt. So we need to revise at least one side:Upgrade Misaka Mikoto or Downgrade KOF series.

You realize her AP is not based on her Electricity right?
Yes´╝îbut her Electricity can effectively cause damage to her opponents, then we should point out that KOF characters are weak in Electricity resistance, compared to physical damage?

And you know,Shermie's lightning sometimes strike herself, and it seems she has reached her limit when she summon it,but Misaka Mikoto can precisely strike her opponent.

That's not how that works. The amount of volts don't matter, just the amount of force behind the attack. If we have a Planet buster whose electricity is only like 7 thousand volts, that doesn't mean that someone with more volts are equal to that nor does that mean those hurt by his electricity have a low electricity resistance.

Dragon makes sense to me. Should we close this thread?

Misaka was calculated using voltage for energy, but the other girl just is power scaled.

But later it seems Misaka is underestimated,To Aru is also under revision.

In the battle against High Priest, Magic God throw a lot of skyscrapers towards Kamijou Touma and Misaka Mikoto, and Misaka Mikoto holds them with her ability. It seems when we create her page erailer, She was holding back her power.

I will unsubscribe from this thread due to time constraints. Staff members should feel free to close it when it is finished.

We should notice that Sylvie Paula Paula's physical attack and electricity attack cause similar damage to her opponents. If her AP is based on physical side, then KOF characters seems weak against electricity.as her electricity is only Misaka Mikoto's clones level.

Throwing skyscrapers is probably not inherently 7-C. You'd need to calc its KE.

The problem is High Priest throw a lot of skyscrapers towards Misaka Mikoto, and Misaka Mikoto holds them and saved people in them. It's clear that land these skyscrapers safely should be far more difficult than just throw them with force. If only one, this should be 7-C,but Magic God throw a lot of skyscrapers, may be around ten,at the same time.So 7-C tier seems too low for Misaka Mikoto now.

You need to calculate this. Can't just be like "oh it seems some tier so go for it".

And if we caculate how to prevent skyscrapers from break and how to save almost everyone in them,we should realize that contains horrible precise manipulation, may be at least 10 times more than just throw a skyscraper.

Also, that is also not how AP works. Just because Paula's Elctricity is lower than Misaka's in terms of volts doesn't mean that everyone in KoF is weak to electricity.

I should also remind you that when Misaka Mikoto throw her lightning at the very beginning of the To Aru, the city block become black,as even it's canceled by IB, all the electronic devices can not suffer that.None of the Kof character can do this, the light and the screen in backgrounds perfectly holds the struck from their electrity manipulation.

Dragonmasterxyz said:
That means nothing when KoF has better feats. What Misaka does has no bearing on KoF.
I know, so I don't ask for AP downgrade, but only for electricity manipulation, and resistance revision.

Dragonmasterxyz said:
We don't need to, it's fiction. One's electric attacks have force behind them as well.
To Aru also have such setting, that is AIM force behind every espers.

Dragonmasterxyz said:
King of Fighters is not To Aru.
But due to long history and some chages,KOF settings changed from time to time and have a lot of arguments, and a lot of crossovers, especially with Capcom sides. We really need a revise and a solution.

To Aru cares more about science than a lot of verses do. Misaka can have an AP value derived from her stated voltage and that's fine for her, but displayed feats will take precedence over something like that and you can't assume each verse is going to be able to equalize to another like this.
