These organs are more complex than bones, plus he requires better feats healing something like that.

Did you just ignore me saying that he would've had to regenerate his lungs after the darkshine attack which shattered his ribs? That would've done severe damage to them. We even see him spit up blood.

Also, he healed an entire arm, not just bones. That's skin (an organ), flesh (muscles, sinew, etc), and bone.

He has also healed a hole through the abdomen before he was even monsterfied.

So I think y'all are very much underplaying his regeneration here.

Another thing. Yes, Garou said you can't train your organs. But death of the author has to be applied here because otherwise every punch in the series would obliterate people's insides with the reverberating force. It makes no sense that flesh and bone would be that much stronger than organs.
