Speedster, you should not make the minimum for h6a be 5 petatons, then put a character which is 8 exatons, they are beyond the range of one shotting and basically doesn't allow those in the petaton range to be selected in h6a without being able to be one shot by Arthur in any fight. Would move the minimum up or actually give a limit.
