I have to assume Speed is equalized, because iirc, it's 3.65x SoL vs <0.57x SoL... Thus it'd be a blitz in favor of Supes.

Doflamingo's Advantages:
  • Lifting strength (more than 2x scaling from binding Jozu), so his manipulation would be effective.
  • AP (Via Ito-Ito + Awakening),
  • Durability (With and without Haki involved)
  • Self-healing (But it may not be too effective given Superman generally punches, and rarely uses any cutting/internal attack)
  • Cloning (An woven dopple vs just illusions)
  • Observation Haki (counters illusions in most cases)
  • The environment itself (Can use clouds or his cage to make it so he can fly through the battlefield, or use Awakening to make the entire ground his territory)
  • Resistance to Fire and Ice
  • Range (Mostly due to Superman's being unknown, and I am not too familiar with his feats)
All else is somewhat equal, or slightly favorable to Superman (particularly true-flight > Doflamingo's imitation)

I'd say Doflamingo wins purely on the basis that he can take a lot of hits, and has a wide array of abilities that would work in harming Superman. He'd also be able to see through Superman's illusions as long as he's remaining focused and keeping his cool (unlike in his fight with Law/Luffy).

Doflamingo's Win-Cons include: Thread Manipulation (He bound someone with higher lifting than Superman with ease), Awakening (The entire area on the ground is his domain at this point), Cloning, and Self-Sustain.

Superman does not appear to have anything to guarantee a win, unless he could somehow grab Doflamingo and throw him into space--which I doubt is likely or in-character.

not a stomp. Superman can theoretically ko/kill Doflamingo if he lands enough solid blows, but it's just unlikely due to Doflamingo's abilities and mind-set.
So, Superman has the AP advantage, Invulnerability, Flight and Heat Vision.

Doffy's actually got the stat advantage, but Superman can hurt him since his AP is higher than what was shown necessary to draw blood from Doffy.

Heat vision probably wont be much of a problem for Doflamingo due to him casually standing in a clash with Sanji using Diable Jambe, an ability using flames that could easy burn someone down to their bones in an instant. Doflamingo just floated there with the attack on his leg for several seconds and didn't even flinch.

Superman's freezing breath would also not do much since Doflamingo has already experienced being frozen by the user of the Ice-Ice fruit (a man who can freeze a large part of the ocean in the blink of an eye) and broke free instantly--only suffering from shortness of breath for a few moments.

How exactly does Superman's invulnerability work? Surely he cant just sit there indefinitely while Doflamingo rains attacks down on him (especially with Haki, which has limited Resistance Negation).
  • Also, Doflamingo's AP with his strings is around 3.9-4GT, which is higher than Superman's Durability.

What if Superman just stood high in the air (so his strings won't reach him) and spammed Heat Vision?
At that range, and with Doflamingo's precognition, He'd just evade or use threads to block indefinitely.

Also, there's nothing on Supes' profile to imply he has larger range than Doflamingo. Doffy can still snipe him with Bullet Thread. He has tens of kilometers in range for how far his threads have gone.

Also, this is under the assumption Supes has prior knowledge, which he can't unless he's fought Doflamingo already. He'd at minimum suffer injury before thinking something like this up.
