The feat where Superboy-Prime tortured a Depowered Mr. Mxy was considered outline because he was only universe+ (what I was told)

However he is now low Multiverse +

Is this still considered an outlier?

Since Mxy's power level was unclear the more impressive feat imo is that SBP punched his way into the 5th Dimension.

Sorry, but regular Superboy-Prime was just Universe level+ at the time. We consider it as an outlier to harm beings that are more than infinitely stronger than him.

Prime was only Low Multiversal as Time Trapper, which happen in a different storyline.
