Mister Mxyzptlk and World's Funniest

Curious, if they reside in the 5th dimension then why don't they scale to its dimensionality?
What is the conclusion? Low1-C for imp? Really can't scale according to his dimensions?
It was mostly agreed upon in private that higher-dimensional beings like New Gods, Imps, and Hands won't scale to their realms just by default since they (especially New Gods) have lots of anti-feats of being comparable to normal earth heroes. That could change if specific characters had more elaborate justifications for scaling to their realms.

I'm just to confused as to higher-d beings don't scale to their own realms.

That said, I'm fine with "Low 1-C normally, High 1-C with dimensional manipulation"

Some higher dimensional characters are sometimes challenged by other lower dimensional characters when in their true state. The New Gods are a good example of my point, they exist on a higher plane of existence than the population of the Orrery of Worlds but are sometimes challenged by them and aren't shown to be able to create or destroy on the level of the Sphere of the Gods. Now, Mister Mxyzptlk would scale above the Orrery of Worlds but wasn't shown to destroy or create on the level of the Fifth Dimension, but can get on the level of Hypertime. So, Low 1-C. High 1-C with Dimensional Manipulation would make sense.

Probably, yes, but what will be applied exactly? 🙏
Remove all feats from World's Funniest

Since World's Funniest is from the Pre-Crisis key on Mxy's profile, he should be; Varies. 2-C for being superior to Pre-Crisis heroes including Superman. Of course, there is some scan on Mxy replacing the Anti-Monitor, but the Anti-Monitor had multiple power levels, so it's difficult to evaluate and normally, the Anti-Monitor is 2-C scaling to Superman and Supergirl.

Replace "Varies, up to 2-C physically, up to Low 1-C with powers in the lower worlds, High 1-C in the Fifth Dimension" with Low 1-C. High 1-C with Dimensional Manipulation for the current incarnation key of Mxy's profile.

The justifications for his current incarnation key could be;

Low Complex Multiverse level (Mister Mxyzptlk is one of the two most powerful Imps in the Fifth Dimension and is one of the most dangerous beings in existence. Imps transcend the 3-D Material Universe and have infinite control over it, perceiving it as spatially flat. With 99% of his power, Joker was able to warp the Universe, Hell, and Heaven into his image and overpowered the Quintessence and Darkseid, followed by the Spectre). High Complex Multiverse level with Dimensional Manipulation (Imps can elevate their own dimensional existence to Hypertime and can move freely through it)

Well, I hope that you will not remove all of the other remaining valid feats from Mxyzptlk's description text.

No. Only those from World's Funniest and I think the scan stating that Mxy is the same in all forms of DC media should be removed from his Attack Potency and a footnote should be added about it.

After rereading World's Finest #27, Bat-Mite actually traveled to the Sixth Dimension which was described by Superman as a dimension where all time exists at once. This is inconsistent with Snyder's depiction of the Sixth Dimension, in which Mxy was only able to create a portal to the Sixth Dimension because the Source Wall was broken and it took a huge portion of his energy.

This is my new proposal:

High Complex Multiverse level with Dimensional Manipulation (Imps can manipulate their own Dimensional Existence and elevate themselves to the same level of existence as the Sixth Dimension, albeit this version of the Sixth Dimension is where all time exists at once)

Note: The version of the Sixth Dimension presented in World's Finest is depicted differently from The Sixth Dimension saga, as the new version was described as a time-related dimension where all time exists at once and Bat-Mite was able to travel there. The previous version was treated as a realm of the impossible dealing with things beyond imagination and time and Mxy was only able to open a door to the Sixth Dimension because the Source Wall was broken and it took a huge portion of his energy to do so.

Why does Mxy travelling to the 6th dimension count as attack potency??

Sorry for these questions before editing, but what would be better between; "Low 1-C. High 1-C with Dimensional Manipulation" or "Low 1-C. Higher with Dimensional Manipulation"?

Because as I said above, the Sixth Dimension version presented in World's Finest is depicted differently from its previous depiction in the Sixth Dimension saga, moving from a realm dealing with things beyond imagination and time to a dimension where all time exists at once.

I'm leaning for the High 1-C option.
