Super Smash Brothers downgrade

From what I have read, they are all 'At least Low 2-C' because they scale to other characters who have universal statements (we can't consider the toy Version of the creation trio as powerful).

But just scaling above a Low 2-C, even if casually so, is not enough to be at least Low 2-C. Heck, characters who can breathe Low 2-C still qualify as such, not 'at Least Low 2-C'.

I therefore request the removal of 'at least' an leave them as plain Low 2-C

I suppose that this seems to make sense, but I would much prefer more staff input.

I thought they had "At least" because they made all the worlds in the Smash verse, which may include multiple fully-fledged universes, like Subspace.

The Subspace is a realm of unknown size, I thought all the worlds there were just that too.
