But when does it travel though time? The whole game takes place in the same universe in the same time period and it only travels between different galaxies.

Mario surviving the void (And not even the complete void which he can't survive without the hearts) is a durability/ee resistance feat not a speed feat, and Super Mario Kun is it's own thing and not canon to the main game series.
When it flies through galaxies, it flies through time

And no, its the full Void, and he survived it in base. Mario from the games can transform into his Super Mario Kun form, and in super mario kun, he states he is the same as the one from the games

Unrelated, but... what about Ninja, Shirma, and Chroma during the Mario Sports spin-offs? Thanks to the two ships they have on them (the Rainbow Ship & the Star Ship), the speed feats they can pull off are pretty absurd. I know they count as Final Fantasy characters and that the gateway to the Final Fantasy universe that lies in Monstro Town was blocked off after Mario defeated Culex, but due to random plot holes, Ninja and two characters from Chocobo Racing somehow made it to Mario's world and... never bothered to return home after Sports Mix. So I think they technically count as Mario characters now regardless of the fact that they're originally Final Fantasy characters.

Bruh that wall of text unironically using save files as an actual thing for abilities is funny af, especially using them to give him transduality.
Save files are a thing NPCs use, even mentioned in manga that promotes the game

Transduality is from stuff that ain't gonna get accepted here, though idk why he added it

Also not great that the wall of text also uses the manga. Manga stuff can be their own profiles but we sure ain't gonna mix and match the games and manga.

All that means is that the events of the game are canon to the manga, not that the manga in turn is also canon to the games.

I did read well enough. Mario in manga saying he's the same from the games means nothing if the actual main series doesn't back it up, especially since the manga even adapts many of the games and the events end up pretty different like Donkey Kong showing up during the events of Mario World in the manga while he's just not there in the games. Hell I think at one point in the same adaptation of Mario World they travel to a world from a different series.

gee and i thought i was having a hard time dealing with these peeps. You have it rough out here huh? Glad im not a mario supporter

If the mario from mario kun is literally the same person as the one in the games, then they would be a 2 way canon

That's because the manga is just Mario going on another adventure. Its not some sort of adaptation. Things like these have happened in the games, like when in Yoshi's Safari, Mario can replay the events of the game and everything is the exact same except higher difficulty, but its canonically just him going through this adventure a second time. Or the remakes being stated to be just Mario repeating those adventures too, and Super Mario 64 DS

Does a single one of the adaptions in the manga even mention or allude to them just being repeats of previous adventures? I heavily doubt that after the events of Super Paper Mario that Count Bleck just randomly forgets the events of the game and starts doing the whole erasing the multiverse thing again in the manga.

Maybe he forgets it for no reason at all or just wants to repeat his plans, which has happened in the mario games as I explained. Luigi during the SMW arc mentioning stuff from the super mario world game implies they take place after

I completely forgot to mention that Mario can transform into his Mario-Kun form, and this isn't just another costume, its literally just stated to be Mario from Super Mario Kun himself in the japanese trailer for the event in Mario Maker. And this doesn't mean he is transforming into someone who is a different person, Mario in that game transforms into his SMB2, SMB3, SMW etc self

I forgot to mention that the live action film, super show (including the live action segments) are all stated to be canon and Mario from the games remembers events from the live action movie even though it seemingly contradicts stuff from the games, which is more evidence this stuff happens for no particular reason. Maybe its all an act for fun like Mario Power Tennis?

Yeah no offense but this is dumb and I'm just going to ignore everything you say about this and not bother to respond anymore. I shouldn't have to explain why shit like the movie or the super show are blatantly not canon to the main series games since it should be the most obvious thing in the world.

You really said this without looking at the evidence

"Evidence"

You just said that they were stated to be canon and that the games reference them as being canon without any proof.

Anyway, attempts at saying that obscure german Mario comic from 4,000 bc where he and Kirby team up to fight Naruto is actually canon aside do we have calcs for how large Bowsers giant form is, wanna get a number so I can list what type his large size in that state is.

We don't, and which giant bowser?

Well there's only 1 giant Bowser so it would be him. Want calcs of how big his giant form is across the various games, at a glance it looks like he varies from Type 1 to Type 2 in his giant form but I wanna be sure if there are any instances of him reaching large enough size to qualify for Type 2 since even at his biggest he may only be Type 1

There are many giant Bowsers man, there's the ones from new super mario bros, from bowser's inside story, mario galaxy 1, mario galaxy 2, mario party and more

Ganon when he finds out he only needs his base form to stomp Bowser due to the downgrades;

maxresdefault.jpg

Also besides the downgrades there's plans for another thread to treat almost each Mario game as their own thing due to how inconsistent the characters are, whether that means different keys or a butt load of different profiles is yet to be seen so that should be fun.

You seem happy about the downgrades.

Now, this looks very promising, fellow jumping super-star paisanos!

EDIT: And here's a stream video link:

Bowser's voice sounded good.
I don't feel the same way about Mario. Was he even trying? I think they went for "too much Brooklyn, not enough excited Italian".
I didn't hear Luigi well enough to opinionate yet.

Ok, that trailer was pretty fine. Bowser looks great and Jack Black does a good job voicing him, Chris Pratt sounds ok as Mario I guess, Mario looks a little odd but overall he looks fine, the animation looks very good (Which is honestly expected, say what you will about the writing in Illumations movies but visually they look very good).
