- Cal c the Inital power of the serious punch
- Deciding on if Boros is the speed of his kick (which using the anime was like 80-95% SoL) and scaling Saitama/Garou to that.

I disagree. Genos dodged G4's laser, which might make him FTL, which is consistent because Genos also reacted to Awakened Cockroach and defeated him, who is also FTL and is on par with Sonic who is equal to Flash. Awakened Garou blitzed both Genos and Flash, which iIrc, you need a speed difference of ten times or more to blitz someone, so Awakened Garou should be FTL+ even at the low-end, which Boros would also get because he is equal to Awakened Garou.

That has been discussed and rejected before. G4's energy attacks are to strange to be considered the speed of light (also the massive scaling issues that would be made if it was accepted).
Genos also reacted to Awakened Cockroach and defeated him, who is also FTL
Awakened Cockroach is not FTL. He has a danger sense combined with automatic body movement. When he mentioned a speed of light attack, it was him dodging it before it fired due to his precog. Not dodging it after it fired.

How is a laser "too strange"? It's a beam of light that goes in a straight line, it's that simple. Isn't that aim dodging then? If so, how fast is that if he says that he can dodge lightspeed attacks with it?

The difference between Normal Human (5 m/s) and Subsonic (34.3 m/s) is 6.86x, and the difference between Peak Human (9.8 m/s) and Subsonic is 3.5x. So, you don't need a difference of ten times to blitz someone; Sure, if can blitz someone with ten times their speed, but that isn't the minimum.

Even if G4's lasers were accepted as lightspeed, which no, they curve, Genos wouldn't be FTL for dodging a laser; He wouldn't even have Speed of Light reactions. In order to become FTL from dodging lasers, Genos would have to had moved a longer distance than the initial distance between him and G4, or outspeed the laser which is basically the first option, none of which he did. At best, he'd be between Relativistic and Relativistic+.

Qawsedf said something about aimdodging a speed of light attack, and even if we could say it wasn't aimdodging, he still wouldn't FTL. You aren't instantly FTL for dodging lasers. Some people like Fleetway Sonic are Sub-Relativistic+ for dodging lasers. It all relies on the distance between the firer and the target, and the distance the target moves while dodging.
