AP scales to the same feat here. Hm.
Saitama PROBABLY has the AP/Dura advantage if I had to guess, but Legionis is a) a significantly better strategist, b) more versatile, and c) has a massive arsenal of recovery items and Stat Amps to push themselves closer to Saitama's level. Plus, Caped Baldy likely can't detect Legions.
I say Legionis with difficulty.

If the Legionis starts having a lot trouble for whatever reason, then She's gonna fuse with her Legion and One-Shot Saitama.

Probably around there. Noah can one-shot Akira, who is equal to base Legionis. Akira's Fusion can one-shot his clones. Noah's redshifting and Roaring Cannon scale to the same thing, so Fusion and semi-serious Saitama should be around the same level.
The regen, item arsenal and strategy would be Saitama's downfall.

Saitama's serious punch is this strong (The calc is on Boros' profile, so I assume it's accepted).
Using the high-end (Which from what I can tell is the accepted end, though I may be mistaken), that gives Saitama about a 47x advantage. Since Saitama is undamaged by using the punch, this scales to his durability. And Saitama is just a really strong guy, it's not like Dragon Ball where being casual would lower your durability.
Long story short, AP stomp in Saitama's favor. Even if we used the mid-end, Saitama still has a ~3x AP advantage.

a little bit but that doesnt mean it was casual. casual is like a slap on the back or play punching your freind in the arm or something like that. what saitama did there was not that. what saitama did was an actual punch. like if someone pisses you off so you punch them so hard you give them a bloody nose. you might hold back just a little so you dont break their nose but by no means is it a casual attack

Saitama would probably get to that level against someone who can actually damage him pretty quickly. The Leigon fusion only lasts a short while and is really only a bloodlusted move. Saitama would get to his strongest long before the Legionis does. And once legion fusion happens, Saitama would probably be punching to break their nose, using Bob's comparison.
