Remember the powerscaling they took away from us
Uhhh I'm not sure what powerscaling snippet got cut from this chapter

Belated, but I very much enjoyed this chapter and I'm glad to see everyone else is happy to have Garou back. There's a lot of characters converging on Garou's fight with Suiryu... Bang is there and Mad Devil Yankee is there (wtf? That was unexpected).

Suiryu has clearly communicated to us that he's not interested in fighting Garou because he clearly doesn't deserve to be hunted and Suiryu has matured somewhat. So... how does that fight happen? In fact, didn't Garou immediately bash the Neos unconscious? Maybe that's the powerscaling you were talking about Cheev.

One thing that worries me about the manga is that it's less inclined to show "good guys" having serious disagreements and staking tensions on it. Garou vs. heroes was cut, Tatsumaki is much less sociopathic in the manga in the MA and her own sub-arc, Empty Void's conflict with Blast was relagated away, now that the trend would suggest Garou and Suiryu don't fight seriously with each other, maybe Suiryu makes a show of it.

In the webcomic I liked the vibe of "Garou really angry about his truck being destroyed and trying to leave" vs. Suiryu "increasingly desperate to prove that he's the better martial artist". That will have to change in the manga, Suiryu isn't going to commit random property damage this time

His arms literally flex like rubber. ONE's bad with proportions, but it's rare for the art in the series to be that inconsistent even during the early chapters. I can't see this being unintentional.
It just seems like the sort of thing ONE would bring attention to with a close-up panel, which he does but its instead to show that Garou's hand looks normal.

look at the hands when Garou takes the truck
Oh lmao it took me like 20 minutes to find the chapter (I somehow kept missing the chapter reading through 125-137 trying to remember which one it was), it would have never occurred to me that Garou's wimbly arms were an subtle hint at a re-monsterization ability he has.

Garou still having the monster transformation would be cool but I think it would contradict his character and what we know about monsterization. If Garou had stayed true neutral after being beaten by Saitama and not been rehabilitated like he is in the manga, I could see him as a grey character shifting between human and awakened monster forms depending on the situation like Hellfire and Gale. That would be sick but I just don't think so.

I'm curious to see how the fight goes but I hope Murata adapts this sequence
