No, monster cells are big and even stabbing someone with a knife destroys cells, but you could use the hole in space to argue that Saitama can destroy photons

but if a cell is as big as a soccer ball, while it could technically cellular destruction, it is not the same thing as attacking the cells in someone's body like the Rasenshuriken does by also negating durability, as I said before even stabbing someone destroys their cells

No, it just means he destroyed a large amount of Orochi's mass (which is composed of cells).
It's like punching Evil Natural Water apart doesn't mean that you're destroying things on an atomic level just because it's made out of water molecules.

I'm curious, is OPM World a valid source for in-universe information or is that the usual Non-Canon video game kind of thing? I ask because I was about to play it for the first time and thought it would be neat to look through it for statements or feats.

Tatsumaki damaged orochi so hard that even his cells got damaged, i dont think she actually targeted the cells, even thought it’s blatantly possible and she has plenty potential of doing that. After manipulating a pill inside of fubuki’s body, her skill level increased alot.
